The Wanderlust Ventures night river cruise is the only $23 option I found that saves the boat for the end of the evening, so the Singapore River is dark when you sail. You see the Supertrees and Spectra from land first, then finish on the water, with a drop-off at your hotel or at Lau Pa Sat.

The detail that changes the decision is the order. The listing warns that some "night" tours include a daytime cruise and promises a genuine night one.
