Miami Boat Cruises – BYOB Private Yacht Cruise Play Your Own Music

Yacht rental Miami searches are huge, but the crewed yachts you can actually book through GetYourGuide are a short list: I found three, priced at $120, $125 and $215 before extras. If you came for a megayacht with a chef, this isn’t that page; these are 2 to 5 hour private cruises for a group, with a licensed captain, a cooler and a sound system. For the wider picture of every boat I compared, see my guide to boat tours in Miami. Prices are in US dollars, checked in October 2026, and booking links are affiliate links, as I explain on my about page.

My pick for a yacht rental in Miami is the 37ft Rinker Fiesta Vee from PARTY ON THE SEAS LLC at $215. It has 4.8 from 162 reviews, takes up to 12, and its listing is the most specific about the boat: cabin, bathroom, air conditioning, TV, microwave and refrigerator. If your group is smaller and the budget tighter, the BYOB yacht from Bruschi Boat Rental at $125 has 4.7 from 227 reviews and is the better-reviewed of the two cheaper ones.

Yacht Rental Miami Florida

Yacht rentals in Miami Florida start with one decision: do you want a boat that is yours for two hours or one that is yours for the afternoon? The listings answer with their own durations. Bruschi’s yacht cruise is two hours, the pink yacht is three, and the 37ft Rinker runs two to five hours. All three leave from marinas on or near the Miami River, which is why the first leg of every trip is the same short run past the Downtown towers.

Bruschi’s listing offers two Sundancer yachts for 10 and 12 people, a cooler with ice, a Bluetooth radio and a restroom. The route passes Brickell and the Financial District, then Miami’s port and the Ferris wheel at Bayside Marketplace. You pay $125 for the cruise, plus $45 per hour for the captain and $50 for fuel, which puts a two-hour trip well above the headline price. Guests with back problems, pregnant women and wheelchair users are listed as not suited.

Yacht Rentals Miami

Yacht rentals in Miami differ less in the boat than in the fee structure, so I put the extras next to the headline price in one place. The 37ft Rinker lists the captain at $50 per hour and fuel at $50 per trip, both paid separately, and says gratuities are optional. The pink yacht’s listing carries the highest extras: crew at $100 per hour, a fuel surcharge of $100 per trip and a $100 marina docking fee. A three-hour pink yacht trip is therefore $120 plus $300 crew plus $200 fuel and docking, so the true total is about $620 for the boat. That is my estimate from the listed fees and your own numbers may differ, because the listing doesn’t state a total.

The 37ft Rinker, with the same sums, comes to $215 plus $100 captain plus $50 fuel for a two-hour trip, about $365, and about $465 for four hours. Bruschi’s two-hour trip comes to $125, $90 captain and $50 fuel, about $265. I’m not saying the cheapest yacht rental in Miami is the best; I’m saying the headline price is a poor guide here, so compare totals.

Yacht Charter Miami Florida

A yacht charter in Miami Florida means a crewed boat: you do not drive, and the captain handles the marina. That is a real advantage here, because Miami’s waterways are busy, with the river, the bay and the port sharing the same channels. The 37ft yacht’s listing names a professional licensed captain and bilingual narration, and the pink yacht adds a dedicated stewardess. The listings do not describe the captains’ training, so I can’t judge that, but reviewers name their captains and speak well of them.

The 37ft Rinker lists its route as the Miami River, Downtown and Brickell, Bayside Marketplace, San Marco and Di Lido islands, Star Island, Miami Marine Stadium and the Nixon Beach sandbar. The sandbar is where some groups anchor to swim, according to the stop list, but the listing does not promise a swim stop on every booking. If a swim is the point, ask the operator to confirm it before you pay.

Yacht Tours in Miami

Yacht tours in Miami are mostly sightseeing loops for small groups, and a yacht rental in Miami for a few hours is the usual format. In my data the Bruschi yacht and the 37ft Rinker both pass Star Island and the celebrity mansions on the bay, while the pink yacht lists the Miami River, Downtown and Star Island plus a stop at Monument Island for photos. A tour is as long as you book, so two hours covers the river and the Downtown skyline, and three or more is when you reach the islands and a photo stop.

Compared with a shared sightseeing cruise, a yacht tour gives you a quiet deck, your own playlist and the freedom to ask the captain to slow down. It costs more per person for a couple, and less per person once you reach eight or ten guests. For a shared trip at the opposite end, my sunset cruise page lists boats from $30.

Yacht Rental Miami for Party

A yacht rental in Miami for a party is where the pink yacht earns its place. Miami Elite Jetski Rentals sells a three-hour all-pink yacht cruise at $120, rated 4.8 from 55 reviews, with a state-of-the-art sound system, ice coolers, a floating water mat and champagne listed among the items. The listing aims it at birthdays, bachelorette parties and girls’ trips, and the reviewers mention the captain and the stewardess by name and say the boat was clean.

It leaves from Gate 4 of Chamonix Marina, the captain meets you at the gate, and the listing names five languages for guests. Those are the strongest points for a party. The weaker one is the fees, which I worked out above. If your party is bigger or you want an open bar and a DJ, my page on the party boat in Miami compares the three-hour boat parties instead.

Yacht Rental Miami Beach

A yacht rental in Miami Beach is a different search from a Downtown one, but the three crewed yachts I compared all start on the mainland side. None lists a Miami Beach marina. The nearest boats I found from the beach side are the captained Biscayne Bay boat from West Avenue in Miami Beach, which is a small boat and not a yacht, so I cover it on my boat rental page. If your hotel is on the beach, allow time for the drive across a causeway to the river marinas.

Distances help here. In a straight line, Bayside Marketplace is about 2.8 miles from the Miami Beach Marina and 3.2 miles from South Pointe Park, but by road the trip takes longer than the numbers suggest because of bridges and traffic. Ask the operator for the exact marina and plan to arrive early. The pink yacht’s Chamonix Marina meeting point and the 37ft yacht’s NW 12th St dock are both on the mainland.

How I’d Choose a Yacht Rental in Miami

If you want the safest bet, I’d take the 37ft Rinker. For the cheapest total with a decent crew, I’d take Bruschi. For a celebration where the look matters, I’d take the pink yacht and plan for about $620. For a self-drive instead of a crew, my private boat tour page compares every private option, including the cheaper ones.

Whichever yacht rental in Miami you choose, ask three questions before paying: what are the captain, fuel and docking fees, what time do I need to be at the marina, and does the price change on holidays. Then come back to boat tours in Miami or the Harbour Advisor home page to compare a shared cruise.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a yacht rental in Miami cost?

The three crewed yachts I compared are listed at $125, $215 and $120 on GetYourGuide. Each adds separate fees: $45 per hour for the captain and $50 for fuel on the Bruschi yacht, $50 per hour and $50 per trip on the 37ft Rinker, and $100 per hour, $100 fuel and $100 docking on the pink yacht.

How many people fit on a Miami yacht charter?

The Bruschi Boat Rental listing offers two Sundancer yachts that hold 10 and 12 people. The 37ft Rinker Fiesta Vee from PARTY ON THE SEAS LLC takes up to 12 guests. The pink yacht listing does not state a capacity in the data I have, so confirm the number with the operator before inviting a big group.

Can I bring my own food and drinks on a yacht in Miami?

Yes on all three. The Bruschi cruise is sold as BYOB with a cooler and ice, the 37ft yacht welcomes your own food and drinks and supplies a cooler, ice and bottled water, and the pink yacht asks you to bring drinks and food. Alcohol and champagne are listed as not included on the pink and 37ft yachts.

Is a yacht charter in Miami refundable?

All three list free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Because the captain and fuel fees are paid separately at the marina, ask what happens to those if you cancel late. Bad weather is the usual reason a trip moves, so I'd book a flexible date over a fixed one.

Where do the Miami yachts leave from?

The 37ft yacht meets at 2151 NW 12th St on the Miami River, the pink yacht at Gate 4 of Chamonix Marina, and the Bruschi cruise inside its marina where the captain meets you. In each case the listing or the operator sends the final details after booking, so check the confirmation email.
