Aftersun Ibiza
Sunset Boat Party at Ibiza Boat Club with Open Bar
4.6 (1,565) · from $90

A party boat in Ibiza is a three-hour floating club with a DJ, an open bar and a swim stop, and I found three, from $73 to $134. They differ on where they start and what the ticket adds. Prices are in US dollars, checked in October 2026, and the booking links are affiliate links, as I explain on my about page. For every other kind of trip, see my guide to boat tours in Ibiza.
My pick for a classic boat party in Ibiza is the Aftersun sunset boat party at Ibiza Boat Club: $90, 3 hours, rated 4.6 from 1,565 reviews, the most reviewed party boat in my list. If you also want clubs, the Create Ibz boat party with two club entries is $134.
The Aftersun boat party in Ibiza is the one with the most history in my data. The listing calls it a summer residency for 2026 and says up to 300 people join the floating beach club. You board at 6:15 PM in Playa d’en Bossa, sail along the coast, stop for a swim after around an hour of dancing, and are dropped off at the same pier at 9:15 PM. Check-in starts an hour before departure.
The ticket is $90. It includes an open bar with beer, sangria, soft drinks and water, one swim stop, a Funktion One sound system and VIP beds that anyone can use on a first come, first served basis. Liquor and long drinks are sold separately, and food is not included. The listing is English only. Reviewers talk about the music, the staff and the sunset, and the score is 4.6.

Playa d’en Bossa is where two of the three Ibiza party boats start, and it is also where the Ibiza Boat Club sits, 2.5 kilometres in a straight line from Ibiza Harbour by my measurement from the place coordinates. That makes it easy from the south of Ibiza Town, and the clubs the second ticket unlocks are close by in the same area.
The Create Ibz boat party leaves the beach at 5:30 PM and is the cheapest way to combine a boat with clubs. The $134 ticket gives you a 3-hour sunset boat with unlimited cava sangria, red sangria, beer, soft drinks and juices, a swim stop, and entry to two clubs or pool parties from a list that includes O Beach, Cova Santa, Chinois, Blue Marlin, Eden, Es Paradis and SWAG. The entry rules differ by venue and weekday, so read the list before you choose the boat date. The ticket works across 7 days, but its 4.7 rating comes from only 26 reviews.

Create Ibz
My pick: Boat plus two club entries: $134, leaves 5:30 PM, 4.7 from only 26 reviews.
September and October are the shoulder of the party boat season, and the sunset does most of the planning. My calculation from sunrise-sunset.org for central Ibiza, in local clock time and including the daylight saving change, puts the mid-month sunset at 8:04 PM in September and 7:17 PM in October. You can check any date with the NOAA solar calculator.
Aftersun is the listing that tells you the schedule moves: the start time of the event changes with the sunset in April, August, September and October. That is the only seasonal statement across the three. Create Ibz lists a 5:30 PM departure and Pukka Up offers a daytime or a sunset boat. None of the three gives an end-of-season date, so I would confirm the date by email before you plan around it.
The Ibiza party cruise most people picture is the big catamaran, and it sits on my catamaran tour page. The Ibiza VIP Cruises catamaran party leaves the Botafoch terminal at 2:30 PM, returns by 5:30 PM, and carries up to 254 guests with international DJs, a saxophonist and a free nightclub entry. It costs $67 and is rated 4.8 from 187 reviews.
I keep it off the list of three because the listing is sold as a catamaran trip, not as a party boat, but the music is the point. Pick it if you want the highest-rated party in my data and are happy with a daytime slot rather than a sunset one.
Party boats from San Antonio start on land. Pukka Up opens with a 2-hour pre-party at Rio, where staff swap your ticket for a wristband, and then the group boards a boat for three hours. The ticket is $73, rated 4.3 from 25 reviews, and it includes three drinks (a welcome drink and two beers or sangria), a photographer and videographer and the Pukka Up Dancers. You can choose a daytime or a sunset boat.
San Antonio is the stretch of the island famous for its sunset, and the boat sails towards it. That helps if the sunset is the reason you are going, but with only 25 reviews I treat the rating as an early signal. Food is not included, so eat at the pre-party.

Pukka Up
My pick: Pre-party at Rio plus 3 hours on the water: $73, 3 drinks, 4.3 from 25 reviews.
A party boat in Ibiza is an early-evening event, not a late one. Aftersun runs from 6:15 PM to 9:15 PM, Create Ibz leaves at 5:30 PM, and the Pukka Up boat follows a two-hour pre-party. That leaves the night free, which is the whole idea: the Aftersun ticket includes free entry to clubs around the boat week, and the Create Ibz ticket builds two entries into the price. Ask on the boat or by email for the current guest lists, as the Aftersun listing suggests.
Think about the cost per hour on the water too. Pukka Up at $73 gives 3 hours on the boat plus 2 hours of pre-party, Aftersun at $90 gives 3 hours, and Create Ibz at $134 is the most expensive because it includes the club entries. A party boat in Ibiza is one of the few activities where the open bar is part of the ticket, so compare what is included, not only the headline price.
| Operator | Price | Duration | Boat type | Rating | Cancellation |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Aftersun Ibiza (Ibiza Boat Club) | $90 | 3 hours | Floating beach club, up to 300 | 4.6 (1,565 reviews) | Free up to 24 hours |
| Create Ibz | $134 | 3 hours, ticket valid 7 days | Sunset party boat | 4.7 (26 reviews) | Free up to 24 hours |
| Pukka Up (San Antonio) | $73 | 3 hours plus 2-hour pre-party | Party boat | 4.3 (25 reviews) | Full refund up to 24 hours |
Bring swimwear, a towel and a card. Create Ibz says towels and lockers are not provided, Aftersun asks guests to put phones in flight mode during the fun, and all three sell extra drinks or food on board. Wear shoes that come off easily for the swim stop. The listings do not state a minimum age, and I will not guess one, so check it on the booking page if you travel with younger guests.
Choose by where you sleep and how the night continues. If you stay in the south, Playa d’en Bossa is the base, and Aftersun is the straightforward evening. If you want the boat to be one part of a club plan, the Create Ibz ticket does that job. If you are in San Antonio, Pukka Up saves the transfer.
For a calmer evening on the water without the crowd, my sunset cruise page compares quieter options, and the boat rental page covers a boat you drive. For a private group, my private boat tour page lists captains, the snorkeling tour page the daytime option and the yacht charter page the top end.
For a party boat in Ibiza, I’d book Aftersun for most people because 1,565 reviews rate it 4.6 and the schedule is fixed. I’d choose Create Ibz if two club entries matter more than the number of reviews, and Pukka Up if I were staying in San Antonio. In autumn, confirm the date first. For the full set of choices, go back to my overview of Ibiza boat tours compared, or the home page.
The three party boats on this page cost $73 for the Pukka Up San Antonio boat, $90 for Aftersun at Playa d'en Bossa and $134 for the Create Ibz boat with two club entries. All three last about 3 hours on the water. Open bars are included on the first two, and the third lists unlimited drinks.
Two leave from Playa d'en Bossa, where Aftersun boards at the Ibiza Boat Club pier and Create Ibz departs at 5:30 PM. The third, Pukka Up, starts with a pre-party at the Rio venue in San Antonio and then boards a boat there. Check-in for Aftersun opens one hour before departure.
Some are. The Aftersun listing says its start time changes with the sunset in April, August, September and October, so it covers autumn. Mid-October sunset is about 7:17 PM by my calculation. The listings give no closing date, so confirm the date you want with the operator before you pay.
Yes on all three. Aftersun has an open bar of beer, sangria, soft drinks and water, and liquor is extra. Create Ibz lists unlimited cava sangria, red wine sangria, beer, soft drinks and juices. Pukka Up gives three drinks: a welcome drink and two beers or sangria. Food is not included on any of them.
All three list a full refund when you cancel at least 24 hours before the start. Aftersun and Create Ibz mention free cancellation directly. I'd read the policy on the booking page for the exact date, because the Create Ibz ticket works on any day within 7 days and you choose the date when you book.
